1.5. – 3.5.2004

Der erste britspotting 48hour Film Challenge war ein großer Erfolg. Von 88 Teams die teilgenommen haben, schafften es 74 ihren Film abzugeben.

Die besten 50 Filme wurden am 9. und 16. Mai im Acud und Central gezeigt. Alle vier Vorstellungen waren ausverkauft.

Die zehn besten Filme wurden bei der Preisverleihung am 10. Mai 2004 in der Britischen Botschaft gezeigt.

Die Gewinner sind:

Platz 1.: TRICKY von Kommando Rückwärts

Platz 2.: COMPANY DOWN von iACT

Platz 2.: THE SCHEMER von Vitascope

Der Preis für den besten Film sind eine Postproduktion im Wert von 4.000 Euro gesponsert von das werk Berlin und Software von Adobe. Die Preise für die runner up Filme beinhalten Software von Adobe und Ulead.

Wir bedanken uns bei allen Filmemachern und hoffen, dass wir sie inspirieren konnten, mehr Filme zu machen.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an das werk, Adobe, Ulead und die Britische Botschaft für ihre Unterstützung.

The first britspotting 48hour Film Challenge was a huge success. 74 teams, out of 88, delivered their films on time.

The best 50 films were screened on 9th and 16th May 2004 at Acud and Central and each of the four screening was sold out.

The ten best films were shown at the Awards Ceremony on May 10th 2004 at the British Embassy Berlin.
