Three days of ultimate horror!
Du liebst spannende Horrorfilme und wolltest schon längst selbst einen drehen? Oder denkst, dass der perfekte Horrorfilm erst noch gemacht werden muss? Du träumst davon, mit literweise Blut um Dich zu spritzen und Deinem Publikum den Schrecken seines Lebens einzujagen? Dann melde Dich jetzt beim britspotting horror video challenge an! Drehe einen Horrorfilm in nur 3 Tagen und nutze die Chance, Deinen Film im Kino auf großer Leinwand uraufzuführen und tolle Preise zu gewinnen.

Teilnahmebedingungen*
Die einzelnen Filmteams haben 3 Tage Zeit, um einen 3 Minuten langen Horrorfilm zu produzieren. Der Challenge beginnt am Donnerstag, den 30. März 2006 um 18 Uhr und endet am Sonntag, den 2. April 2006 um 22 Uhr. Ein Vertreter jedes Teams muss zur Eröffnungsveranstaltung am Donnerstag, den 30. März um 18 Uhr ins Acud Kino (Veteranenstraße 21) kommen. Dort stellen wir den Wettbewerb kurz vor, erklären die Regeln und verkünden die 3 Begriffe (z.B. Bus, Krückstock und Apfel), die in jedem Film vorkommen müssen. In welcher Form diese 3 Begriffe eingebaut werden, überlassen wir ganz eurer Fantasie. Der Film muss am Sonntag, den 2. April 2006 bis spätestens 22:00 Uhr im Acud Kino abgegeben werden.

Was passiert mit den Horrorfilmen?
Eine internationale Jury wählt die besten 3 Horrorfilme aus. Die besten 30 Filme werden am Sonntag, den 23. April 2005 während des britspotting Filmfestivals im Acud Kino gezeigt. Jeweils 3 Leute aus jedem Team sind zu dieser Veranstaltung eingeladen. Die Preisverleihung findet im Anschluss an die Filmvorführung statt.

7th britspotting - British & Irish Film Festival 2006
Three days of ultimate horror! Do you like watching a good horror movie? Have you always wanted to make one yourself? Do you think that the ultimate horror film has yet to be made, and have you always wanted to spill gallons of film blood and scare the living daylight out of everyone watching? Register now and take part in this year's britspotting horror video challenge! Shoot a horror video in only three days, show your film on the big screen and win great prizes.

Conditions*
Filmmakers have 3 days to write, shoot and edit a 3 minute horror video. The challenge begins on
Thursday 30 March 2006 at 6pm and
ends on Sunday 2 April 2006 at 10pm.
One representative of each team must attend the 6 pm briefing on Thursday 30 March 2006 at Acud (Veteranenstraße 21). After a brief introduction we will explain the rules and the 3 words (i.e. bus, crutch and apple) which must be featured will be announced. How these 3 words appear in your film is up to you! You must return your film to Acud no later than Sunday 2 April 2006 at 10 pm.

What will happen to the horror videos?
An international jury will select the 3 best horror films. On Sunday 23 April 2006 the 30 best films will be screened during britspotting film festival at Acud. 3 members of each team are invited to this screening. The jury will announce the 3 winners at the award ceremony after the screening.
